1. Who we are
Fiil Ads (Fiil) is the trade name of Juan Mateo Escobar Bellshaw, a self-employed professional (autónomo) with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 02737030F, registered at Calle Sierra de Ancares, 64, Villalbilla (Madrid), Spain.

In these terms, "Fiil" or "we" means the owner named above, and "the client" or "you" means the company or self-employed professional placing the order.
2. Who can buy and how these terms are accepted
When you place an order:
- you declare that you are buying for your business or professional activity, and not as a consumer;
- you give us the business name and its tax ID (or its EU VAT number, if it is in another EU country);
- you tick the acceptance box and confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
If you order on behalf of a business, you declare that you are authorised to do so.
The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We send you an email with the order summary and a link to these terms, which you can save or print. We keep a copy of the order and of the terms you accepted; if you need it, ask at hello@fiilads.com.
These terms are available in Spanish and English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
We may update these terms. Each order is governed by the terms published on the day it was placed.
3. The service
Fiil creates a pack of 5 advertising videos for your business from your links (website, Instagram or Google Maps) and the photos or videos you send us.

The pack includes script, music, editing and creative direction for each video. Videos are delivered as MP4 files in high definition.
- Use of artificial intelligence. The videos are made with AI tools that generate images and shots using your products, your premises and the material you give us as reference. Every video is directed and reviewed by a person.
- AI tools learn from what they receive. Some of the tools we use, such as Higgsfield, may use the material we send them and the videos they generate to train and improve their models, under their own terms. By placing an order you accept this. Do not send us material you do not want used in this way.
- What we do not promise. A video made with AI is a recreation: it may not reproduce every detail of your products or premises exactly.
- Your ideas are guidance. We take them into account, but the final creative direction is Fiil's, especially if you choose "Surprise me".
4. How to place an order
- Tell us your business name and at least one link: website, Instagram or Google Maps. If you want, upload your photos or videos.
- Choose, video by video, the format and what you want to show, and give us any directions you like.
- Check the summary; you can correct any detail before paying.
- Fill in your business details, tick the boxes and pay.
You are responsible for the details, links and materials being correct. If something essential is missing, we will write to you, and the delivery time starts when you send it.
We may refuse an order if the business or the content is unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringes third-party rights. In that case we refund the full amount.
5. Price and payment
The 5-video pack costs €200 + VAT. It is a one-off payment: no commitment and no monthly fee. VAT depends on where your business is located and is calculated at checkout:

- Currency: you pay in euros, US dollars, pounds sterling or Canadian dollars, depending on your country. In a currency other than the euro you will see the equivalent amount.
- Payment method: card, through Stripe. Fiil never sees or stores your card details.
- Invoice: we email it within 2 business days of payment, in the name of the business and with the tax ID you give us.
- Revisions: €15 + VAT per video and revision (section 7), with the same VAT treatment as the pack.
6. Delivery
Within 48 hours of payment we email you a link to your order page, with the 5 videos as previews: watermarked and in reduced quality.
From that page you can:
- Download the videos in high quality and without watermark. By downloading them you accept the order and it is closed.
- Request a revision of one or more videos (section 7).
- Request a refund (section 8).
If, within 14 calendar days of delivery, you have not downloaded the videos or requested a revision or a refund, the order is deemed accepted and closed. From then on you can no longer request revisions or a refund, but the videos remain available for download for 30 days from delivery. After that we delete them, together with the material you sent us, so keep a copy. We only keep the videos you have authorised us to show as examples (section 11).
The 48-hour period may be extended for reasons beyond Fiil's control, such as outages of the tools we use. If that happens, we will let you know. If you prefer not to wait, you can cancel the order before delivery and we will refund the full amount.
7. Revisions
Before downloading, you can request changes to any video for €15 + VAT per video and revision. It is paid by card when you request it. By requesting a revision you waive the money-back guarantee in section 8.
- A revision covers adjustments to the delivered video: text, shot order, music, changing or redoing some shots, colours or pace.
- Changes of idea, format or subject are not accepted: a revision adjusts the delivered video, it does not remake it with a different idea.
- We deliver the revised version within 48 hours of paying for the revision. The 14 days in section 6 start again from that delivery.
- If a video contains an error of ours (for example, a detail you gave us correctly but we misspelled), we fix it free of charge. That fix does not count as a revision.
8. Money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with the videos, we refund your money. You can ask within 14 calendar days of the preview delivery, as long as you have not downloaded any video in high quality or requested any revision. Use the "Request a refund" button on your order page; no explanation needed.
We refund the price of the pack within 14 days, using the same payment method. Once you request the refund, the videos are no longer available and you may not use them.
As you are buying for your business, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. This guarantee is the only way to request a refund.
9. What you provide
To create the videos we use the public content of the links you give us and the files you upload: photos, videos, logos, product names, reviews and text. By placing an order you guarantee that:
- The business is yours or you are authorised to order advertising on its behalf.
- You have the right to use that content for advertising, including third-party logos, brands and photos.
- If identifiable people appear, you have their consent to use their image in advertising.
- What you advertise (prices, offers, product features) is true and lawful.
If a third party makes a claim against Fiil over content you gave us, you are liable for that claim and the costs it causes. Fiil uses your content to make your videos and, if you authorise it, to show them as examples (section 11). Please also note what section 3 says about AI tools.
10. The videos are yours
When you download the videos, Fiil assigns to you all the exploitation rights it holds over them: to reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish and modify them, in any medium and country, with no time limit and at no extra cost. You can use them anywhere: social media, paid ads, your website, WhatsApp, the screen in your shop or your shop window.
Three caveats:
- Music. The music comes from libraries licensed for commercial use. You can use it within the video, but not separately.
- AI. Images generated with AI may not be protected by copyright, as the law has not settled this. Fiil assigns all the rights it holds, but cannot guarantee that a third party will not create something similar, nor prevent the use AI tools may make under section 3.
- Your brands and products remain yours. Fiil acquires no rights over them.
11. Use of your videos as examples, only with your authorisation
If you authorise it by ticking the box when placing your order, Fiil may show your videos, with your business name and city, on fiilads.com and on its social media as examples of its work. It is optional: if you do not tick the box, your order is exactly the same.
If identifiable people appear in the videos, by ticking the box you confirm that you also have their permission for this use.
You can withdraw your authorisation at any time by writing to hello@fiilads.com. We will then remove the videos from our website and social media, except for anything no longer under our control (for example, someone who has shared a post).
12. Liability
- Fiil makes advertising videos but does not guarantee results: sales, visits, followers or customers.
- Nor is Fiil liable if a platform (Instagram, TikTok, Google or other) rejects, limits or removes an ad under its own rules. We will help you adapt the video if needed.
- Fiil's liability for an order does not exceed the amount you paid for it, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid, Spain).
