1. Who is the controller
The data controller is Juan Mateo Escobar Bellshaw, a self-employed professional (autónomo) trading as Fiil Ads (Fiil). Spanish tax ID (NIF) 02737030F, registered at Calle Sierra de Ancares, 64, Villalbilla (Madrid), Spain.

2. What data we process

If you give us data about other people, such as employees who appear in your photos, you must have informed them and have their permission.
3. Why we use it, on what basis and for how long

You can opt out of updates when placing your order, and unsubscribe at any time from any email.
We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to run the service:

AI tools. Higgsfield, the tool we use to generate the videos, may use the material we send it and the generated videos to train and improve its models, under its own terms. For that use it acts on its own behalf, not on Fiil's. So please do not send us material with personal data you do not want used in this way.
We may also disclose data to the Spanish tax authority, courts or other authorities when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU. Some providers process data in the US. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information at hello@fiilads.com.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for:
- Access: to know what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: to correct any data that is wrong.
- Erasure: to delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
- Objection: to stop sending you updates.
- Withdrawal of consent: to stop showing your videos as examples.
- Restriction: to stop using it while a complaint is resolved.
- Portability: to receive it in a format you can take to another service.
Write to hello@fiilads.com saying which right you want to exercise. We will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
6. Other points
- Age. You must be over 18 to place an order.
- Security. We protect your data with reasonable measures: password access with two-step verification, and only in the services in the table above.
- Cookies. What the website does with cookies is explained in the Cookie policy.
- Changes. If we make an important change to this policy, we will tell you by email or on the website.
